With a background in high-end hospitality and premium product sales, she understands the importance of building strong relationships while delivering tailored insurance solutions. Whether guiding first-time homeowners or seasoned clients, Charlotte ensures every interaction is seamless, informative, and focused on long-term protection.
A Santa Barbara native and UCSB graduate, Charlotte has deep ties to the community. Her experience working with premium brands—including curating luxury wine experiences—has honed her ability to anticipate client needs and provide personalized solutions. She thrives in fast-paced environments, balancing attention to detail with a warm, engaging approach that makes clients feel valued and understood.
After graduating, Charlotte spent a year traveling, gaining invaluable global perspective while immersing herself in different cultures. From navigating bustling city markets to exploring remote landscapes, she developed a deep appreciation for international experiences—one that continues to shape her approach to connecting with people from all walks of life. Though she loved living abroad, coming home to Santa Barbara always felt right, and she’s thrilled to have built a life here while staying closely connected to her roots in England, where she frequently visits family.
In her free time, Charlotte enjoys exploring Santa Barbara’s wine country, spending time in the mountains, and planning her next adventure. Some of her favorite places visited include New Zealand, Japan and Slovenia.
